Most of those workers who want it built will be retired. We’ll have to pay for the white elephant, and it will still be tolled.

They should have built this motorway years ago rather than debate about how is going to be funded. The traffic jams will continue for another decade while this is getting built and by the time it is completed we may not need it. It seems good on paper but in reality none of us will get to use it anytime soon.
