		<description><![CDATA[Yep, Guy, I agree..... and what would  you call WCC&#039;s  2005  interest- free $10 million  loan and free leasehold rights over   publicly-owned land .. (let alone the recent bail-out of about $2.1 million to Zealandia) ?  I would call it    
massive financial support. 
 Have a read of the recent &quot;Review of Zealandia&quot;..(you can download it from Zealandia&#039;s website).  
Perhaps there&#039;s  a few folk associated with Zealandia who haven&#039;t got a clue about running a business model, and even fewer clues about the responsibilities associated with  public money.]]></description>
