A snapshot of inequality: homeless kiwis sleeping on the street outside it .
“Spirit of the Locale” really!? Courtenay Place late night/early morning is now spirited by boozing, drugs, vomit … the red light district , bus loads of drunken youths + homelessness. If a company could build this 225 room accommodation in Wellington, why couldn’t the govt have built it for homeless people?
