The huge success of this shows that it would be nice to have more open space at the other end of the Waterfront, at North Kumutoto.
Praise be to the Councillors who are thinking in a broad strategic way about this – & the opposite sort of praise to the narrow-minded Councillors who want to sell office space on the site instead of paying any attention to a far better picture.
