A cream coloured vehicle stopped on Balmoral Street and a man approached her, grabbing her by the arm and asking directions to a nearby park.
The man held her tightly by the arm for a period of time before getting back into his vehicle and heading north on Balmoral Street before turning left into Liverpool Street.

The description given is that of a dark skinned male with a moustache, wearing a black beanie, black jacket and black pants. He was the only occupant of the cream coloured vehicle.
