    Hold on – wait up there just one second. $3.4 billion? The last time we heard the price it was going to be going up from $900 million to just over a billion? And now they’re saying it is $3.4 BILLION? Why isn’t this huge news? The city was going to be looking for $600 million as its share, as central Govt was only going to stump up with $400 million originally.
    Eye of the Fish wrote a blog about it years back – but a rise of over 300% before it has even started? I said back then that this project would never fly – this makes it even more unlikely!

    Maximus – it’s not huge news because it’s not accurate. If you look into the figures the greens are comparing apples with oranges.
