Wairarapa Police report that two trucks with trailers have been blown over by strong winds this afternoon.
News from NZ Police at 2.50pm
Emergency services are at the scene of a truck crash at the intersection of Akura Road and Kibblewhite Road in Matahiwi, Masterton.

Due to the winds high-sided vehicles should re-evaluate the routes they are travelling in the area or their need to travel at all at this time.
UPDATE: The intersection of Akura and Kibblewhite Roads in the Matahiwi area is now clear and the road is now open to traffic.
