Bundles of papers and handfuls of notes are synonymous with attending a conference or training event – this does not only have a big impact on the environment it also means attendees are restricted in their ability to network. Wellington’s LittleMonkey Ltd has developed an app to help keep paperwork and information pack production to a minimum, whilst ensuring attendees are able to access all the information they need while at the event.
Conference and training organisers can use the LittleMonkey Conference App to create an individual app for each conference or training event they host. Some of the features our app has on top of the basic items like agendas, event papers, surveys, bios of the speakers, are being able to network while at your event. The app has Twitter built into it that allows attendees to be able to tweet about the event while there, this also advertises the business by people tweeting about the event, venue even the catering which is a plus. Want to be able to deliver up to the minute news and alert notifications to all attendees letting them know if there are any last minute changes of rooms, times or content, well the app does this for you making it easy to keep in contact with attendees at anytime. Our silent microphone helps those of us that don’t like public speaking to ask questions, by being able to ask the question within the app that will display on the screen. Pen and paper are a thing of the past with our conference app as attendees will be able to take notes within the app, so no walking out the door with papers that will later get lost.
